  A common courtesy to any potential customer is too return their telephones calls. If a company does not maintain even this simple courtesy then standing behind their work is very questionable. Even more troubling is for a company to tell a customer they will be at your residence later in the day, but do not show up, call and reschedule or just call to apologize. Mr Frank was referred to me by one of his competitors as someone who could handle my particular problem. I spoke with Mr Frank and he indicated he would see me later that afternoon. By 4 pm I had not heard from him and called his answering service who indicated they would make sure he got my message of inquiry and have Mr Frank contact me. Mr Frank obviously chose not to do so thus Mr Frank does not deserve my business nor a good referral. Small things make good quality businesses.
